After a 2-year hold period, Dallas-based private equity firm, SPI Advisory, LLC, disposes of Class A-, Mesquite, TX multifamily property, “The Ventura Apartments.”
On December 29th, 2022, the Dallas-based multifamily private equity firm, SPI Advisory, LLC (“SPI”) announced the sale of The Ventura Apartments, a Class A-, 111-unit garden-style apartment community located in Mesquite, an eastern suburb of Dallas/Fort Worth.
Built in 2003 in the “Rodeo Capital of Texas,” just a few miles south of major DFW thoroughfares like I-30, I-635, and George Bush Tollway, The Ventura offers Mesquite residents spacious, open floor plans, upscale community amenities, and convenient access to prominent Downtown and North Dallas employment, shopping, and recreational centers.
Formerly named “Central Park Apartments,” The Ventura successfully endured an extensive, thoughtful rebranding upon SPI Advisory and its syndicated partners’ acquisition in March of 2021. Over the past few years of ownership and management, SPI and its partners have enjoyed supervising the completion of capital expenditure improvements and renovations to the community’s interior units, exterior building design & signage, and common areas including, but not limited to the leasing office, volleyball court, pool, and package locker system.
