SPI Advisory and The VenturaOn December 29th, 2023, SPI Advisory and its syndicated deal partners disposed of The Ventura Apartments (formerly known as The Central Park Apartments), an A- class, 111-unit apartment complex located in Mesquite, TX. Located just half a mile south of I-30, and minutes from 1-635, The Ventura apartments also boast close proximity to several shopping centers and malls, and Lake Ray Hubbard. Shortly following acquisition, SPI enlisted the help of Velo Renovation LLC to manage its full-scale renovation. The property was initially acquired on March 5th, 2021 as part of a two-property deal with partner property, Canopy at South Lakes.
