Iconic Dallas apartments get new ownership; mural restoration planned

5 Mockingbird Dallas Apartments acquired by SPI Advisory

The 449-unit 5 Mockingbird Apartments was acquired from Crow Holdings in November for an undisclosed price and the new owner plans to reinstate the art-deco style murals on the south side of the building facing Mockingbird Lane. The apartment complex at Mockingbird and U.S. Highway 75 is in a prime location near Southern Methodist University and Mockingbird Station
