On February 17th, 2023, after over a 5-year hold, SPI Advisory and its 1031 Exchange partners disposed of Wood Meadow Apartments, a Class B, 222-unit apartment complex located in the Fort Worth suburbs of North Richland Hills, TX. The property was built in 1983 & renovated by SPI in 2018. The sale of Wood Meadow resulted in materially higher net returns than projected at acquisition in 2017. SPI and its Joint Venture partners plan to allocate the sale proceeds to a larger property as part of a tax-deferred 1031 exchange. SPI Advisory & its partners initially acquired the property on November 30th, 2017.
