In Q2 2019, SPI Advisory acquired two properties: Oaks on Marketplace and Northpoint Villas. Oaks on Marketplace was acquired first on May 7th, 2019, followed by Northpoint Villas (formerly "Bella Vista Apartments") a few weeks later on May 23rd, 2019. The sale of Northpoint Villas in October of 2024 concluded the portfolio's life-cycle. During the course of over five years of ownership, SPI and its partner implemented a series of strategic upgrades to each of the property's, enhancing both resident quality of life and the property's respective values.
