On December 8, 2021, SPI Advisory recapitalized their ownership of Riverside Apartments with the help of an institutional partner. SPI and its longtime JV partner acquired Riverside Apartments in 2018 and used the proceeds of the recapitalization to 1031 exchange into much larger property in San Antonio.
