The Dallas & Austin-based multifamily private equity firm, SPI Advisory, acquires “Skyview North” (formerly known as “Prose Horizon”), a newly constructed institutional quality apartment community located just north of the firm’s second office in Austin, in Hutto, TX.
SKYVIEW NORTH, formerly known as ‘Prose Horizon’, was constructed in 2022.
On October 14th, 2022, SPI Advisory (“SPI”) finalized the acquisition of “Skyview North,” a 336-unit, Class A institutional quality garden-style apartment community built earlier this year in the growing North Austin suburb of Hutto, TX. This acquisition serves as the Texas-based firm’s 6th acquisition in the Austin MSA.
