The 340-unit Downtown Dallas Farmers Market apartment community, ‘Cortland Good Latimer’ was just recently acquired by Dallas-based multifamily private equity firm, SPI Advisory, LLC; to rebrand as ‘Skyline Farmers Market.’
On July 26th, 2022, SPI Advisory (“SPI”) finalized its acquisition of the institutional quality multifamily apartment community in Downtown Dallas, Cortland Good Latimer. Upon acquisition, SPI also announced its intent to rename & rebrand the complex as ‘Skyline Farmers Market.’
Developed in 2016, Skyline Farmers Market, formerly known as Cortland Good Latimer, is a Class A apartment complex located at 835 South Good Latimer Expressway in the heart of Downtown Dallas’ revived & growing Farmers Market neighborhood.
The complex comprises 340 spacious units that offer Dallas residents upscale amenities such as chef-inspired kitchens, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, contemporary granite countertops, and private patios & balconies.
