SPI Advisory purchased Birwood Heights off of Loop 1604 near N.W. Military Highway and Southtown Flats near the Blue Star Arts Complex.
“The acquisitions were the Dallas private equity firm’s first in San Antonio and it is seeking to buy more local complexes.
