“SPI bought the 340-unit apartment complex from PURE Multi-Family REIT, who paid $66 million for it in 2017. The complex has gone though a handful of name changes since it was built in 2016. The latest is Skyline Farmers Market, adjacent to the Dallas Farmers market, which is a 26,000 square foot open-air farmers’ pavilion offering local seasonal produce, naturally raised meats, eggs, cheeses, and other goods from local food artisans…”
