Ella Parkside (“Elan Parkside”) apartments in Austin's Highland neighborhood. It's one of several existing and planned buildings sprouting up on the old Highland Mall site.

“A 309-unit apartment complex in the Highland neighborhood of Central Austin will change hands in an off-market deal, thanks to Los Angeles-based Mesa West Capital LLC originating $40 million in first mortgage debt to finance the transaction.”

Since acquisition, SPI has changed Elan Parkside to Ella Parkside.
