“Dallas was crowned No. 1 in best downtown living, leading the country in luxury apartments, living amenities and spacious floor plans, according to a new study.
The study, conducted by California-based storage company Storage Cafe, aimed to answer one question: which city centers provide the best value to its residents?
“Downtown living is a matter of choice and priorities, and often it boils down to whether the pros outweigh the cons,” the study’s blog reads. “It’s also true that some places make it much easier than others for residents to enjoy an urban lifestyle.”
